This is the sixth and final video covering our bike ride from Pittsburgh to Washington DC on the Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal Trails. The Great Allegheny Passage is called a Rail Trail as it was an old railroad line converted to a multiuse trail. The video starts with us crossing a railroad bridge as we leave Harpers Ferry.  We had a nice sunny day but since it did rain overnight, the trail was quite muddy in sections, the shaded sections to be exact and you’ll see that we ended up quite covered with mud. Along the way we passed a group of priests out for a group hike dressed in their full length black cassocks, a downed tree and families of Canadian geese. With the Canadian geese you see the parents together watching over the babies. You’ll see a canal boat at Great Falls, the end of the ride in Georgetown and finally a bikers view of the Mall in Washington.  I hope you enjoy it and be self propelled!
